Every participant must sign a Release Waiver prior to sauna use. Adults over the age of 18 must sign the ADULT WAIVER. A parent or guardian must sign for anyone under the age of 18 using the MINOR WAIVER and MUST accompany the minor in the sauna, hot tub or cold plunge at all times. ​
